The Cunningsburgh Show takes place on the second Wednesday of August each year. The event is planned and organised by a voluntary committee, and a pool of volunteers from all over Shetland (and some from the mainland) who attend and make the show possible.

The Cunningsburgh & Districts Agricultural Society has been holding the show since the 1940’s. The Cunningsburgh Show is the only open show, where people from all parts of the Shetland Mainland, and all of the Isles can enter items to to be judged.

Being the largest show in the Islands, we are able to attract a range of businesses, craft stalls, information stands and other Scottish charities who can have the opportunity to advertise and sell their products / services to a large audience.
